Description du poste:

The MEE Assistant will provide backstopping and support to the M&E Manager and the Team Leads in the collection of data and the preparation of environmental assessments reports, respectively.

This is an entry level position, providing an opportunity to learn on-the-job, as well as to provide critical support to two areas that support LEVE’s activities – monitoring and evaluation and environmental assessments.

Qualifications requises:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of environmental sciences, or related field.
• Previous experience working in environmentally oriented activities
• Familiarity with US environmental regulations and international norms
• Previous experience with USAID projects, in particular economic growth projects
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly on the job, and take responsibility for activities
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams
• Proficiency in Excel and other data management systems
• Fluency, both written and spoken, in English, French and Haitian Creole.

A propos de RTI International

The Local Enterprise and Value Enhancement (LEVE) project will increase employment in Haiti through support to MSMEs and the value chains in which they operate. The project will focus on the three development corridors of Cap Haitien, Saint-Marc, and Port-au-Prince, and primarily target three sectors (construction, apparel and textiles, and agribusiness) for broad-based employment generation.
